A Schedule - of a sort...

I got to thinking today (yeah, I know, bad habit), and once I cleared the smoke, I decided that I should put together some sort of timetable for starting my project.  Otherwise it will always be in the planning stage.

So, with that in mind, I am going to say that the 'official' kick off will be on Thanksgiving Day, November 27, 2008.

$1.32

That's how much one 8" X 8" X 16" concrete block costs at the Home Depot in Omak.  At least that's what it costs today, as I write this.

The Lord does answer prayer...

As stated in a previous post, I am looking for donations (mostly time and equipment) to the development of ROAR. Disappointment and disgust.

I can honestly say that I have never been more disappointed with the people of this country than I am today.

As I pointed out in the previous entry, the man elected as president of this once great country, has stated that he is for murder of the unborn.  He has also stated that he believes the rich should pay a larger proportion of their income in taxes.  That is, a larger percent of their income.

Election Day...

I am concerned.

I am concerned about the number of Catholics and Evangelical Christians that believe Barack Obama is the right choice for president today.

It worries me.  Why?

An interesting book.

I should really put up a "Book Review" category.

My GF seems to be populating my library once a month with some truly good books.
